About the job

You will provide a high quality and efficient general repairs service mainly working in our empty homes. The post holder is responsible for ensuring all works are carried out on time and within Groups policies and procedures with regard to health & safety, housing management and maintenance. The post is based within a dedicated geographical area within Property Services and is responsible for the delivery of high quality, customer focused repair service.

This role will work on a call out rota, on a rolling basis, and the time scales will depend on the trade.

A current driving licence or access to a means of mobility support is essential. You will be driving a pick-up van covering the area of Bristol and also Swindon, Taunton/Wellington, Gillingham (Dorset) and Gloucester as and when required.
