Logistics Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading family business with a host of blue-chip customers. The company like to develop staff and promote from within.

This position is based at our clients head office in Grays. Working 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

* General office administration and front line contact

* Preparing proof of delivery for customers

* Re-planning of customer base loads as the need arises

* Liaising with customers as the first point of contact

Experience

* Effective problem-solving skills

* Flexible attitude

* Able to take direction and follow processes and procedures

* Good communication skills

* Good IT skills – full use of Office 365

* Transport related office experience essential

* Fuels industry experience is beneficial but not essential
