Toshiba Air Conditioning in the UK is a division of Toshiba Carrier UK Limited. We supply leading air conditioning systems and controls for a range of applications from large offices, hotels, national retail outlets through to small residential projects. Our product range encompasses VRF, Split Systems, Air to Air heat exchangers, Air curtains, Air to water heat pumps and controls.

– We are now seeking to recruit a Logistics Co-ordinator to Support our customer service team through effective Logistics Management

Working out of our Plymouth branch, you will report to the Logistics Supervisor, the role will involve detailed logistics planning, ensuring deliveries are on time and meet all legislative and EH&S requirements

Your main responsibilities will be:

– Creation and management of purchase orders to meet the requirements of sales orders / projects
– Responsible for ensuring there are high levels of clear & positive communication between the factories, customers & sales team
– Maintaining and reporting on delivery status for each order / project
– Reporting on orders status and instructing finance on requirements for invoicing
– Working closely with finance to supply accurate information, supporting regular updates on invoicing and pipeline based on the delivery schedule
– Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures.
