Lettings Manager

Salary: £42,000 per year

Our client is looking to recruit a Lettings Manager to assist lettings of their affordable housing homes. You’ll be the primary contact, providing a first-class Lettings Service and ensure that all Build to Rent homes are let quickly and efficiently. Suitable Applicants will have a proven track record in launching BTR schemes or solid lettings experience and ideally be ARLA level 3 qualified or willing to obtain the qualification once employed.

You’ll be expected to develop marketing plans for the launch of all schemes, some sizable, and liaise with external companies to execute the plans. You’ll have regular meetings with the advertising portal account managers and keep all online advertising portals and the website up to date.

You’ll have experience of taking applicants through the pre-tenancy actions, arranging Right to Rent checks, completing Check In reports, arranging key handovers, lodge deposits and carry out post move in actions for handover to the management team. Additionally, you’ll ensure the database is kept up to date and maintain accurate records of applicants and regularly reporting to the executive team on lettings performance and act on all customer feedback to develop the service further.

You’ll take responsibility for your own actions, set high standards for personal performance, and show determination to meet goals. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential along with the ability to prioritise your workload and interpret /implement policy, procedure, and legislation.

Strong IT skills are essential for this role.
