Landscaping Team Leader

Salary: £16.32 per hour

We are recruiting for a Landscaping Team Leader on behalf of a well established and growing Winchester based landscaping company that specialises in designing and installing the gardens on new build housing developments.

This is a permanent and full time job working a 42.5 hour week with overtime available, also included as part of the package is four weeks paid holiday plus all bank holidays, pension, uniform, PPE and the real opportunity to progress through the ranks.

To be considered you will need to have soft landscaping experience including ground preparation, turfing and planting, if you have any hard landscaping experience that would be useful as would experience of leading a team of landscapers.

If you have worked on a new build site that is great, if not then you just need a minimum of 1 years team leading and two years landscaping experience.

On offer is: up to £16.32per hour which works out to £578 per hour, £2,500 per month, £30,000 a year plus overtime which is paid at enhanced rates and a company van.
