Landscaper / Landscape Team Leaders

Salary: £36,000 per year

We are recruiting for experienced Landscapers, Landscape Gardeners and Landscaping Team Leaders living within commuting distance of Northampton.

Base salary is dependent on experience Team Leaders can expect to earn upto £36,000per year plus overtime and Landscape Operatives to £24,300 per year plus overtime.

We only recruit for permanent / full-time jobs where you are directly employed by the Landscaping Company, paid monthly, be entitled to 28 days paid holiday, enrolled into their pension scheme and where career progression opportunities are available.

Experience needed:

• Landscaping (this can be just soft landscaping, just hard landscaping, or a mix of both soft and hard landscaping). Landscape experience is the key requirement and the willingness to expand your skills and sector knowledge.

Due to location of the depot, you also need your own transport and full driving licence to enable you to drive one of the company vans when needed.
