Kitchen Showroom Administrator / Design Support
£26,000Salary
Based – Chiswick, West London W4
37.5 hours per week
Pls note – alternate weekends required (day off in the week)

Role:
The main focus of this position is to provide support to the Showroom Designer/s in all aspects of administration, design and customer service. Reporting directly into, and working alongside, the Showroom Manager you will be expected to carry out a diverse number of tasks. By maintaining the efficiency of the showroom and assisting the salespeople to carry out their jobs this person will in turn play a very important role in contributing to its success.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
*Maintain a high level of showroom standards & efficiency at all times
*Assist the Showroom Manager with all daily admin, customer service and design tasks
*Manage the showroom diary and designer appointments
*Keep up-to-date with showroom and client paperwork or correspondence
*Be abreast of all projects at all times and liaise with clients, installers, suppliers and the factory when required
*Have a good understanding of products and services, demonstrate these to the customer in a professional and friendly manner
*Respond to brochure requests and encourage onwards footfall through our lead management system and customer service calls
*With the use of our 3D software produce plans, elevations and assist with all aspects of design work
*Assist the Designer with on-going installations and processing of remedial orders
*Freestanding furniture sales and order processing
*Manage petty cash and showroom stationary orders
