Dealership Receptionist/ Showroom Host required

We are currently looking for 2 roles, a Dealership Receptionist and a Showroom Host to join our client`s prestige motor trade car dealership.

The role:

Working within the main showroom your main duties will include:

Meeting and greeting Customers coming in to the Showroom
Directing Customers to the relevant staff members
Offering refreshments
Taking calls coming into the dealership at peak times
Assisting with general administration duties
Experience in reception roles is preferred. This is a customer facing role in a main car dealership, therefore candidates should be very well presented with excellent customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will:

Have Reception/telephone experience
Be of Smart appearance
Excellent communication and customer handling skills
Motor trade experience would be an advantage.

These roles would suit someone with a background in Customer service or Hotel Reception who would be looking for 8am to 6pm hours.
