Junior Project Controller | Officer | Graduate | Project Control
Connect 4 are looking for a Junior Project Controller to join a fast paced growing team within the Automation sector, joining a globally recognised company for installation and commissioning of robots.
You will be joining the Project control team as a junior project controller to progress your career and manage projects after the initial 12 months.
Being the Junior Project controller you have tasks such as assisting the project manager, coordinating and directing monthly financial forecasting activities of projects, prepare and present to management the monthly project financial summaries on an annual and total project life basis. Analysing the monthly project forecast financials vs. prior month and annual budget. Review and improve project invoice requests by project management, promote financial awareness and accountability within project teams. Support the management with evaluating and understanding financial implications of project operating decisions. Ensuring internal policies and processes are adhered to by project teams. Supporting business unit controller with ad hoc financial reports, internal and external audit requirements and other special projects. Working with project management and project teams for the annual budget preparation and preparing the business cash flow for the legal entity.
Experience Required:
You will have strong organizational and communications skills, strong work ethic and results driven. Must have attention to detail and excellent knowledge of Excel, SAP experience is a plus.
