Vacancy: Junior HR Manager / HR Business Partner

Salary: £36,000 + Car/Car Allowance (£4,000)

Location: Thames Valley (regional)

The role:
The Junior HR Manager / HR Business Partner is a key member of the senior leadership team and responsible for implementing the People Plan across the business to support the effective, safe, compliant and profitable delivery of business objectives. Working closely with Regional Director’s teams to influence and steer divisional strategy and strategy implementation, the Junior HR Manager / HR Business Partner will also support the Group HR Director on strategic initiatives, projects and continued development of policies and procedures. The role of the Junior HR Manager / HR Business Partner is also to educate and support managers in managing performance; Ensuring that managers have the knowledge to follow company policies and processes consistently, giving commercial, pragmatic, HR advice and helping managers gain the confidence to deal with difficult people issues.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the role of Domiciliary Care Manager must:
– Be CIPD qualified and/or hold equivalent experience
– Have a good grasp of employment law principles including; TUPE, unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, redundancy, discrimination
– Have previous experience as a HR officer within the care sector and be looking to make the next step in their career
– Be flexible to travel throughout the region 2-3 days a week with an opportunity to work from home the remainder of the week.
– Hold a full UK driving licence is essential for this role
– Have a stable work history.
