HR Generalist / HR Business Partner

Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year

A multifaceted, organized, self-starter is required to join a Human Resources team as a Human Resources Generalist. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an IT company supporting a demanding manufacturing facility based in North Wales.

You will have:-

* Experience across Manufacturing/Distribution functions

* 2+ years of experience is required in a HR Generalist capacity

* Must have experience of advising all levels of management on HR Policies and Procedures and Employee Relations, including but not limited to: Performance Management, Capability/Conduct/Gross Misconduct issues and Absence Management

* Must have experience in Recruitment within an HR team, including but not limited to: Effective external stakeholder management, onboarding administration and HR system maintenance

* Ability to understand the business needs and advise accordingly, within the correct parameters and local legalisation

* Must be able to work under pressure and mange workload effectively

* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills

* Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills

* Strong focus on deliverables and attention to detail

* Pro-active attitude and key problem solver

* Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite
