The Company:
Our client is an international company

Main Duties: To be responsible for the day to day customer support

The Role:
– To provide support for technical staff on the field
– To diagnose any technical issues
– To daily contacts with Customers (email, fax, phone calls)
– To handle general administration work (queries, order processing, delivery)
– To support on major Customer key accounts
– To contact existing customers to offer new services
– To follow up on the technical support side
– To handle translation & general administration duties

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English + French (Written & spoken)
– Willing to learn & gain experience
– Previous experience in Customer service ideal
– Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
– Confident, proactive & dynamic
– Computer literate (excel / outlook…)
– Possibilities to gain further qualifications (diploma, in-house courses etc)

Salary: £26,000per year + Benefits
