Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a leading IT Services Provider based in Doncaster who are recruiting for a graduate / junior IT Support Technician to join their busy helpdesk team.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all clients and will responsible for triaging all calls, and aiming for as many first time fixes as possible.

We are representing a leading IT Services Provider that has been operating for over 20 years.
Skills Required
The IT Support Technician will ideally have the following experience / skills:
– Experience of providing 1st line support
– Confident telephone manner
– Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Active Directory
