Location: Central London
Salary: £26,000 per year+ Bonus
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time, 40 hours per week

About Us:
iCorrect are a boutique IT hardware support company specialising in Apple. We see ourselves as the alternative to the Apple Store for hardware repairs. Our current operation is from our two locations in Central London, one just by Oxford Circus and the other by Bank. Further into 2016 we are due to expand to other locations around London, with national expansion in 2017. We seek Individuals to join our team who are looking to grow within an ambitious forward thinking company.

About the role:
As a Apple Technician at iCorrect, you shall be involved in all aspects of our repair process, from initial contact from our clients, the completion of repair and after care. Your role within the iCorrect team would be as much customer service based as technical based. You will be required to complete all tasks to our benchmarked standards of service and quality. We are seeking an all rounded individual.

Key Responsibilities:
• Completing repairs of devices to our quality standard
• Completing product testing daily to ensure quality
• Dealing with face to face client queries
• Dealing with client queries through telephone and via email

Knowledge/Experience required:

Essential:
• 1+ Years experience repairing iPhones & iPads
• 1+ Years experience repairing Macbooks
• Excellent telephone manner & written skills
• Experience of working within a high paced, pressured environment
