Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year
My client is a leading importer and distributor of products on a National basis. Due to their continued growth they now require a Front Line IT support Technician to join their business in South Wales.
Role/Responsibilities:
You will be required to provide primary first line support requests to the business. As front line support you will be responsible for resolving any Technical issues at first stage.
Skills/Qualifications Required:
Microsoft Office (Mainly Outlook, Excel and Word)
Microsoft Windows Server (2008 R2 & 2012)
Microsoft Windows (7, 8.1, 10)
Basic Active Directory Maintenance (Reset Passwords)
Management of Printers
PC/Laptop support – hardware diagnoses & configuration
Printer support – hardware diagnoses & configuration
Call LoggingThey will also ideally have some basic knowledge of SQL Server but this is not absolutely necessary, but you must be willing to learn.
