- Supported Living home supporting 7 adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge.
- Individuals need support to enable them to participate in activities around the home and within the community such as swimming, bowling, visiting parks, home visits and weekly shops.
- Shifts: 24/7 support covering mornings, evenings and nights across a 7 day rota.
