Senior Support Engineer (Mcse)

Senior Support Analyst (MCSE) is required by my client who is one of the leading CRM providers to the Sports and Leisure Industry. Due to continual growth and new contracts they are now looking to expand their team. You will join the existing team, supporting their clients on the CRM suite of applications, all of which are all Microsoft Dynamics CRM based.

The successful candidate will be an MCSE with experience of application support at 2nd / 3rd line level, have a good all round IT Skillset, including Server & Network Management, experience of SQL Scripting, have an appreciation of the different Data formats & Database structures, along with experience of Microsoft Server & Active Directory services, and IT Backup, Recovery & IT Security best practices.

Responsibilities include; Responding to requests for support in a timely, friendly & helpful manner, Advise customers on how to use their solutions, via phone, email or be creating a user guide, Provide ad hoc support work such as monitoring the customer’s Integration services, Backups, CRM Administration, or other maintenance tasks on a regular basis, in line with their Service contract. Deliver IT support to Internal Users, as required and provide an out of hours support service to relevant clients in line with their Service contract. As a senior member of the team you will also be required to mentor 1st line support team members, assisting with their work load and prioritising tasks etc.
