IT Support Engineer

Salary: £28,800 – £45,600 per year

IT Support Engineer (2nd or 3rd Line) – Multiple Openings & Hybrid Remote Working

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be able to find & solve problems, or simply make changes where required to the project / ticket you are working on.

You will be comfortable in taking responsibility for the IT Support within the business, and have a passion for solving problems.

You will have:

• Solid experience as an IT Support Engineer.
• Experience in working to SLA’s.
• Experience of supporting multi-site clients.
• 2nd or 3rd Line Support is essential.

Desirable experience/qualifications:

• Any Microsoft certification (MCSA, MCSE, VMware etc).
• Network Support (Ideally comprehensive Cisco Networking tools)

Technical Skills Required:

• Office 365 / O365.
• SBS
• Windows Server ( Ideally 2008 R2 )
• Active Directory / AD.
• MS Exchange
• Firewalls
• Cisco Networking (Ideally).
