Overview

A highly renowned UK Law Firm requires an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their London based team. The IT Support Analyst will provide 1st/2nd Line support and some 3rd Line Support to the firm. This will include taking and logging calls, diagnosing and troubleshooting and ultimately resolving or escalating technical issues.

Job Description:

Act as the main point of contact for all related IT issues including Desktops, LAN, Telephony and Printers
1st/2nd Line Support of Business Applications
Troubleshooting network issues
Configuring and installing new hardware
Active Directory administration
Ensure all work is done within SLA parameters, minimising impact and downtime

Requirements:

Sustained previous IT support experience – IDEALLY in a Law Firm
Experience of receiving, logging, prioritising and troubleshooting technical issues
Experience of managing incidents through to resolution – in line with SLAs
Strong experience of Windows Operating Systems – Windows 7 and Windows 8
Solid experience of Microsoft Office 2010/2013 – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Experience of Active Directory administration
Knowledge of Exchange 2010 Administration
Application deployment via SCCM
Experience of using and troubleshooting Filesite/Worksite is a distinct advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
