Salary: £30,000 per year
Our client has an exciting opportunity for an outgoing, enthusiastic Customer Support to join their team. Working in a modern, open and friendly office environment, you will be a significant contributor to their sales team and customers.
Key Duties:
• Providing all aspects of support to the sales cycle from quote to production to delivery
• Responding/dealing with customer enquiries, both UK and internationally
• Inputting for new product and industry sector initiatives
• Resourcing for technical product brochures and samples
Special Requirements:
• Well educated, with excellent written and spoken English and maths skills (essential)
• PC literate
• Presentable and enthusiastic with a drive to succeed
• Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
• A “can do”, proactive attitude to own tasks/projects
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively
• Excellent attention to detail
• Enthusiastic to work in a team environment
