Our client is seeking an IT Service Desk Administrator to join their busy team, providing IT and Network assistance to various customers.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with experience in the IT sector and the ability to multi-task.

Main duties will include:
Act as 1st and 2nd line support and research resolutions of 1st/2nd line incidents
Update Servicedesk incidents, resolve and/or escalate as necessary
Acknowledge and prioritise client queries according to current SLA’s and assign to relevant members of the IT department and external third parties by the use of our in-house software system
Manage and prioritise your calendar to ensure customer’s expectations and SLA’s are met
Update customers with conclusions and obtain feedback
Produce SLA and response time statistics and reporting
Liaise with IT and Operations department providing very clear and concise information and updates where required
Investigate pricing and obtainability for various IT hardware and software products
General administration duties

Desired Experience:
Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7
Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010/2013
Microsoft certification such as MCP/MCITP
ITIL Methodology

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:30
