Service Desk Analyst – Level 1 (Hybrid)

Salary: £28,800 – £32,400 per year

Key responsibilities

Joining the Information & Digital Services department, the Service Desk Analyst is responsible for:

• First line IT support and technical advice across a diverse user base
• Resolve support requests whilst delivering excellent customer satisfaction and service delivery demands.
• Adhere to IT Service Management processes
• Act as an ambassador for IT and evangelise about best practice
• Carry out incident, problem and change management processes

Requirements for the role

• A demonstrable background in customer service
• Solid working knowledge of IT, including Windows10 and Office365
• Excellent communication skills
• A willingness to gain knowledge and an aptitude to learn new skills quickly
• Great team player
• Good at establishing and building relationships.

This role reports directly to the IT Service Desk Manager, and as a member of the service desk team, your role will be to ensure the delivery of a first-class range of IT services and play a role in delivering robust and resilient systems across the organisation. The role also has the opportunity of hybrid working / remote working.
