Description

• As the IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will join an established 3rd Line function, reporting into the Infrastructure Manager at the company’s Walsall headquarters.
• Your responsibilities will be varied, as you offer project-based expertise and 3rd Line BAU support within a large-scale enterprise-level technical environment.
• You will work with the latest cutting-edge technologies, including Windows Server, Microsoft Azure and VMWare within a data-centric environment, as the company embraces hybrid cloud solutions.
• The role will also be all-encompassing across both server and networking technical landscapes, so you will get the chance to work with Cisco-based systems within a LAN/WAN environment.
• Whilst you will be able to take advantage of the company’s hybrid working culture, you will ideally be based close to the Walsall head office, in order to provide hands-on support when needed, and to collaborate most effectively with your team.

Profile

As the successful candidate for the IT Infrastructure Engineer position, you will be highly experienced at a 3rd Line level in the following technologies:

• Windows Server (up to 2019)
• Azure
• VMWare
• Office365
• Active Directory (Group Policy)
• Cisco, ideally Cisco Meraki

Job Offer

£40,000 – £45,000 + Comprehensive Corporate Benefits.
