IT Helpdesk

I am currently recruiting for a candidate to work on a IT helpdesk of a busy office based in Purfleet.

The most suitable candidate will have worked in a similar position before, handling a high volume of calls with a brilliant telephone manner and customer service skills. The candidate will be answering calls from the employees and be-

* Resolving system operational issues and facilitate first-time resolution where possible, for both software and hardware issues

* Understanding business change requirements and the impact on the system

* Training/cross training with other departments and creating documents

* Assist with testing, detailing of what has been done & logged
