IT Engineer – IT Support Engineer – Level 3 Networking & Servers
Location: Swansea with work from home opportunities
Salary: £30,000 – £36,000per annum. We are looking for talented IT superstars to join our Swansea-based support team.
We are super proud to be representing an innovative and fast-paced MSP with clients all over the world.
Our client is rapidly expanding and therefore requires the services of an IT Engineer / IT Support Engineer to join their team.
Our client is not the kind of IT provider that likes to stay behind their desks. They communicate with clients face to face or over the phone; they really get to know their client’s businesses and how they work. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service and enjoy working out of the office.

Technical requirements:
5 + years’ experience in an IT project role is desirable
Installing and configuring large networks and servers
Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers
Deep vendor knowledge and relevant certifications
Experience providing technical support to multiple clients
Testing and evaluating new technology.

Customer confidence is essential – they communicate with their clients in person or over the phone
Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, with the ability to provide advice to non-technically minded customers
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
