Security Cleared Desktop Support Engineer

Salary: £72,000 – £84,000 per year

Manpower are looking to recruit an experienced MOD SC Cleared Desktop Support Engineer to join our Client, a leading end to end IT service company. You will be responsible for building and installing PC assets as well as supporting the customer with any technical hardware/ software rollout issues associated with a laptop refresh programme. This is a customer facing role and it is essential a good working relationship with the Client is achieved.

Candidates should have a good technical knowledge of IT/ PC peripherals and their architecture and an in-depth knowledge of standard SW issues including Windows OS, Office Suites & Core Application Suites.

You should be a strong communicator with a pro-active approach and the ability to confidently engage with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have software technical qualifications such as MCP & MCSE with knowledge of Service Now.
