Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year
The jobholder will be responsible for providing a mid-level of technical support to the IT provision of the organisation, reporting into IT Manager.

Description
Responding to 1st line support requests
Making sure that the end users are kept up to date on any outstanding requests
Monitoring systems and making sure that the sites are fully operational from an IT perspective
Keeping documentation up to date

Supporting user issues including
1st Line Break Fix response
Windows 10 – support, imaging etc
Windows Server 2019 (Active Directory, Group Policy)
Microsoft 365 (Office, Exchange, Teams, etc.)
Azure Active Directory
IT administration
Process drivenDesirable:
InTune
Microsoft Azure (Networking, VMs, etc.)
Microsoft 365 Security (ATP, Microsoft Defender, etc.)
