One of the most respectable and highly regarded companies in Cambridge are currently looking for a 1st / 2nd Line IT Support technician to join their team. You will be joining an organisation which offers training, progression, and a fantastic collaborative working environment, where you can really excel.
The role:
- Be the first point of contact for any IT related issues
- Work through the ticketing system, fixing tickets, or escalating when appropriate
- Administration of Active Directory
- Assist in getting the IT for new starters ready
What are we looking for?
- 1+ years’ experience in an IT Support / Service Desk type role
- Experience supporting a windows environment
- Active Directory
- Ambitious and eager to learn
- Excellent communication skills
Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and be within a reasonable distance to commute to Cambridge. Initially you will be in the office 4 days per week, with 1 day remote.
