Internal Sales Support Assistant

Salary: £26,000 – £31,200 per year

An opportunity for an Internal Sales Support Assistant has become available with my client who is a leading manufacturer of specialist electrical products used in a wide range of industries worldwide. To be considered for this role you will ideally have previous technical sales experience, be able to prepare quotes, confident with customers over the phone, and be a team player whilst happy to work alone.

Internal Sales Support Assistant role:

The successful Internal Sales Engineer will be office based and report to the Office Sales Manager. You will be responsible for:

Key first point of contact for telephone, email and internet enquiries

Prepare quotations and sales orders using CRM system

Progress chasing, handling customer enquiries and customer complaints.

Ongoing training provided

Internal Sales Support Assistant requirement:

Educated to a relevant engineering qualification preferred not essential

Previous internal technical sales experience preferred not essential

Good computer skills and an excellent telephone manner

Able to work to deadlines and busy office environment

Internal Sales Support Assistant package:

Salary: £26,000 – £31,200per year

Pension 8% contribution
