Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor required to work for a top five international property consultancy based in Milton Keynes.

My client is a rapidly expanding property consultancy who have a network of offices throughout the UK and overseas. They work across a range of sectors covering Residential, Education, Commercial, Mixed Use, Urban Regeneration, Retail and Leisure with some of the country’s flagship clients.

On the back of a strong 2013 to date and to build upon their strong foothold in the market they are looking to recruit an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be given the opportunity to manage a number of different projects as well as be provided with an excellent opportunity to progress as they continue to grow this year. They will also be the client representative with one of their key clients within the Retail sector.

The Quantity Surveyor should come from a PQS background and have experience managing projects from inception to completion. The Quantity Surveyor should also have a positive and enthusiastic approach to their career and a willingness to succeed. Membership of the RICS preferred although not essential for this opportunity but a degree in Quantity Surveying is a must. For the right candidate my client is offering a generous salary and benefits package above the market rate along with genuine opportunities for progression.
