Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor needed in Ipswich.

Job Purpose:
•Assist the commercial team with their duties.
•You will deal with the procurement and tendering of Sub-contractors.
•Payment of sub-contractors, variation orders and assist with the settlement of final accounts.
•Produce monthly cost reports.

Skills Required:
•You must have a degree/HNC/HND or equivalent in a construction related subject.
•Must have experience working within a main contractor on a variety of projects.
•Need to be an excellent communicator as you will be dealing with staff at all levels of the business.
