Lead Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £14.4 per hour

About this Role:

Fawkes & Reece are working with a Main Contractor in Sussex who require a Lead Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial responsibiltiy for a £12m NEC3 Option A design and build contract as well as managing a trainee QS.

Requirements:

At least 5+ years’ experience working within a QS position in the UK
An excellent approach to work and professional outlook on the construction industry
Main contractor experience desired
Worked on projects up to £10/15 Million
Lives within an hour drive of Sussex
Worked for a national or large regional main contractor

Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UK.
