Interim Group Accountant

Salary: £72,000 – £90,000 per year

This international insurer is recruiting for a 12 month fixed term contractor, for an experienced qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) to join their group reporting function and support them during a busy period of growth.

This broad role will include:

Providing high level of intercompany accounting for this large and complex group.
Assist with quarterly group and annual reporting for the group
Production of consolidated financial statements and cashflows
Support the solvency II reporting
Provide additional MI as required
Working on a variety of process and systems improvement projects

You will be a qualified accountant and be used to working in large complex groups. Ideally experience of group consolidations, intercompany accounting and reporting under both UK and US GAAP. Candidates with an insurance background are preferred.
