Interim Estates Surveyor – Council – 12 months – West Midlands – Remote – Competitive rate £
My Local Authority Client based in the North East is currently looking for an interim Estates Surveyor to join the team on a 12 month contract. Due to Covid-19, the role will be remote working but will require travel to property inspections.
Skills/Roles/Requirements:
-You must be a MRICS or ARICS qualified as they are looking for a Surveyor who can work on a range of Estates Management work including rent reviews, leases, service charges, day to day tenant issues as well as some valuations work.
-They also require someone who has a good understanding of the processes around acquisitions and investment of Council owned property.
