Infrastructure Manager / Engineering Manager

Salary: £78,000 – £90,000 per year

My client, a leading Residential Developer, are currently seeking an Infrastructure/ Engineering Manager. This position will deal with all sites from an initial feasibility review (they look at roughly 120 sites per year), through to arranging / undertaking the due diligence on new site (unconditional deals) acquisitions (they generally buy 4-5 sites per year).
The candidate will deal with all technical planning consultants and the production of their reports to gain planning permission.
There will also be an involvement as the sites are built, so an appreciation of the Build element would be helpful (but not critical).
They will work alongside the existing Infrastructure Manager and so there will be a great opportunity to learn and develop in the role.
The successful candidate MUST:
* Work in a similar role for a housebuilder or consultancy
* Have excellent communication skills are a must, a confident character is required that can build relationships across the departments in the business, this will be key.
