Technical Manager – Civil Engineering

Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year

My client have a very strong pipeline of work for 2021, following a busy 2020, and are looking for a key hire to join their team. They are looking for a Civil Engineer to assist in the planning process and execution of Section 278 and section 38 works. This involves road construction and the installation of new utilities services and tracing existing utilities services. The role will involve licencing applications, meetings with the Local Authorities Highways department, co-ordinating and over-seeing the works from start to completion including final sign-off.

For the role you’ll be civil engineering trained, and have worked for a sub-contractor or main contractor, and be comfortbale attending site and dealing with multiple parties involved in the delivery of a project. It will suit someone who can co-ordinate multiple projects at one time.
