Job Profile SummaryImplement, project manage and support delivery of insight based, differentiated offers to drive Industrial business growth.
The role is accountable for developing strategy, creating Customer Value Proposition, developing communications plan & providing project leadership for major offer projects in Europe interfacing with Sales, GSC, Finance, external partners & other marketing functions to ensure successful delivery of project
Job AdvertKey Accountabilities:
- Leading the deployment of Industrial offers to differentiate and win with customers
- Propose and implement launch plans through direct and indirect channels for each offer
- Work with insight and pricing functions to determine key inputs and create robust CVP
- Activate the communications strategy framework and content for each offer including adapting and developing toolkits for opening conversation and generating leads with complex DMUs and the C-suite.
- Develop creative and communications content for the offers, packaged and ready for market, to use across all media in Europe, in line with brand frameworks
- Develop the business case for new offers and propose development at global level or undertake local development for meeting Europe business objectives
- Executing offer development projects (which might include new business models, ventures, products and services) for industrial
- Deploys offers on time, in budget and in full
- Working with the PMO to oversee project coordination, tracking of project KPIs
- Adhere to Castrol offer development processes e.g. CVP, OD&I and MTCW
- Deliver the solution through close collaboration with, communications, product and brand teams, pricing, insights OEM, capabilities, and market resources,
- Involve and update the wider stakeholder groups for each project including the PMR, Technology, Supply chain, Sales, Strategy, and Key Accounts team
Job Holder Requirements (Minimum education, experience & capabilities)
Education
University degree is essential and business qualification is highly desirable
Experience
- Strong marketing and proposition development experience
- Deep Industrial sector experience
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to successfully build enduring and productive relationships with senior level leaders from a broad range of business disciplines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
