The Role:

As a Business Development Manager you will be at the forefront of driving the growth of products and systems. Your responsibilities will include:

ยท Developing the commercial activities of products and systems.

ยท Building strong customer relationships and identifying business opportunities.

ยท Collaborating with the sales management and product specialists to create customer proposals and negotiate terms.

ยท Coordinating with equipment sales and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service.

ยท Handling customer and supplier issues effectively.

ยท Supporting marketing initiatives and trade events to promote our company.

ยท Reporting on sales activity and market/competitor intelligence.

ยท Develop the companies precision conveyor products

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

ยท Proven experience in as a Sales Engineer

ยท Experience of providing solutions for relevant applications within one or more of the following sectors; Food & Beverage Automotive, Aerospace, Medical and Industrial end user market sectors.

ยท Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

ยท Experience with structured sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM systems.

ยท Excellent communication and presentation skills.

ยท IT proficiency in mainstream Microsoft Office programs.

ยท HND or equivalent within mechanical engineering
