Salary: £42,000 per year

We have partnered with a large and globally recognised company, who are currently recruiting for a Information Systems Analyst within their HR department. This is a 6 month contract with the potential to extend for the right candidate. Excellent opportunity to join a superb company who are all very welcoming!

Information Systems Analyst Responsibilities:

Supporting the promotion, development and implementation of the HR systems across the EMEA region including Employee Central, Compensation, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Learning Management, Qualtrics and Recruitment.
Work closely with HR colleagues within the EMEA region to implement Employee Central, Compensation, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Learning Management, Qualtrics and Recruitment.
Knowledge sharing and providing regular updates to the global implementation and promotion teams in the US regarding implementation and support requirements.
Manage data in line with GDPR requirements.
Identify and resolve risks to ensure HR systems are GDPR compliant across the EMEA regions.
Audit data within systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Build relationship with different stakeholders, internal and external.
Understand the HR business processes supported by the HR systems.
Perform system support and analysis, including functionality and design review, end-to-end user testing and coordinate implementation of HR system upgrades or updates
Liaise with HR and IT as well as 3rd party vendors; identify and understand business processes and translate them into system functionality requirements. Provide guidance, information and system demonstrations to HR personnel across the EMEA region on system capabilities.
Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate implementation of upgrade, fix or new feature.
Ensure system integration functionality (interface build, testing and maintenance), including review of integration specifications and development suggestions.
Provide production support as an escalation point including, but not limited to, researching and resolving system or integration issues, unexpected results or process flaws; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
Maintain systems security and reporting access, understand role-based security.

Information Systems Analyst Key Skills:

Experience in an HRIS role with in-depth experience of maintaining, enhancing and troubleshooting HR systems
Ability to effectively use written and verbal communication skills in the business
Must have systems implementation experience, being involved in a project from beginning to end
Working knowledge of Payroll and time and attendance systems preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel user
Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time-management skills
Competencies include Technical Capacity, Analytical Thinking, Time Management, Thoroughness and Communication Proficiency, Listening and Inquiry, Resourcefulness
Must have familiarity with systems development life cycle stagesPlease if you have the relevant experience.
