CVM People is currently working in exclusive partnership with John Lewis to deliver the final pieces of their Customer Data Warehousing team. We are now looking for a talented Systems Analyst with extensive Data warehousing experience to join the central function and support the ongoing efforts to improve and refine the operation.

Though you will be undertaking a number of vital supporting tasks to ensure the smooth running and continuous improvement of the Data Warehouse, the absolute key skill you will rely on, is the ability to take complicated requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your main duties and responsibilities will be split between managing stakeholder relationships through requirements gathering and development stages to ensure smooth running and excellent levels of engagement throughout changes; conducting impact analysis for change requests; applying data analysis, modelling, and QA to data structures within the warehouse; Producing detailed design documentation to support developers with the logical data model; and supporting the building of a business data directory for the ADL & PDL.

The Perfect Person
To really stand out and excel in this position, you need to demonstrate extensive experience as a Systems or Technical Business Analyst in a data warehousing environment, and an in depth knowledge of logical data models. A collaborate approach to problem solving and excellent stakeholder management skills are also vital.
Experience supporting a Marketing or CRM function would also be beneficial
