Corporate HR & Recruitment Business Partner
V-Recruit are recruiting a HR & Recruitment Business Partner on behalf of a global Business Process Management (BPM) organisation.

The Role
The role of HR & Recruit Business Partner is a senior position, with the purpose being:
* To lead HR for the Corporate Functions within the company, supporting and ensuring good people practices are applied and legislation adhered to
* Manage Corporate HR, reward, engagement, communications, employee relations & recruitment
Key Accountabilities
HR support for Corporate Functions
* Actively works at developing strong and positive working relationships with managers and employees and provides a clear role model as a trusted senior manager within an organisation
* Ensure Corporate functions have adequate resources in line with budget approval
* Support corporate managers with recruitment
* Works with corporate functions to ensure employee relations matters are carried out to legislation with consideration to the wellbeing of employees e.g., Disciplinary and Grievance
* Provides coaching and support to managers to enable them to manage problems and resolve matters relating to their management of people, including equality and diversity issues
Employee Engagement & Communications
* Manages the participation and communication of the global surveys, including ‘Voice of Employee’ surveys
* Manages UK-wide employee recognition programme
* Manages the companies UK Long Service Awards
* Manages bi-annual Executive Roadshows/Townhalls ensuring maximum employee accessibility and participation
Rewards & Benefits
* Manages Corporate Functions’ salary change applications and review with Director
* Manages the timely completion of annual pay reviews across the UK-based function, salary benchmarking, recommendations and ensuring application for exceptional increases are provided for Renumeration Committee approvals
* Ensure all salary changes are confirmed with contractual documentation
* Ensures HRIS and payroll are briefed with approval levels
HR Data & Systems
* Ensure all Corporate HR Recruitment data is accurate within HR Data service levels
Reporting
* In liaison with Payroll & Director of People Services, ensures annual completion of statutory Gender Pay Gap reporting achieved to deadline
* Ensures Equal Opportunities is monitored accurately, and appropriate reporting is submitted on time
Policy & Procedures
* Work closely with the Director of People Services to conduct annual review of all people policies
Leadership
* Manages Corporate HR & Recruitment Team, providing coaching and support to both to assist them in the continuing professional development, and to enable them to handle more complex issues
* Role models company values in all dealings within the company
* Presents as a professional trust senior manager of the business, demonstrating standards of performance
* Performance manages team members, ensuring regular one to ones and contact with team members and any under performance is addressed quickly
* Conducts annual goal setting and annual reviews
Qualifications & Experience
· CIPD Advanced level would be advantageous
· Extensive previous experience working within a similar role
· Good standard of written and spoken English
· Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Negotiation, project management, interpersonal, organisational/time management, communication, attention to detail
Open, transparent, honest, process driven, self-starter, working with initiative, can work under high levels of pressure
Job Specifics
· This is a permanent position, starting as soon as possible
· Salary £42,000 – £54,000per annum
· Full time hours, 37.5 hours per week, although flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business
· This is a remote, home-based position (some travel to offices may be required)
· All working equipment to be provided
