Anderson Knight are working with a well-known nationwide business to recruit a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. This role will report into the Head of HR and support one of the businesses key clients. You will partner with key stakeholders in order to drive the HR strategy and support with complex case work.
You will work closely with key business leaders to ensure the delivery of the HR Strategy. You will coach and guide managers to provide effective advice and gain understanding of good people management. You will support the wider HR team with complex employee relations cases and ensure good practice is always adhered to.
