HR Advisor

Salary: £38,400 per year

I have a HR advisor position available working within a large scale manufacturing group of companies.

The role will involve occasional travel across various company sites, where mileage and expenses will be covered.

The role will involve but will not be limited to:

• Ensuring HR policies and procedures are up to date
• dealing with general dat to day HR queries
• Employee relations
• Absence management
• Supporting staff with trade union communications
• Leading recruitment campaigns
• Supporting Payroll & IT to ensure new starts & leavers are processed accordingly
• Employee on-boarding
• Issuing of offer letters and employment contracts to new starters
• Dealing with TUPE requests
• Updating HR intformation sustems
• Supporting the ongoing development of the HR team & functions
• Visiting multiple other sites within part of the group

In return my client are offering a starting salary of up to £38,400+ an excellent benefits package.

This role is a full time Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm position, with immediate interviews available.

To be considered I am looking for candidates who are part or full CIPD qualified, with a minimum of 3 years experience within a HR focused role.
