Ashley Kate are currently working with an independent construction company based in Wrexham. As they are a growing business, this is a brand new role for them and will give someone that chance to expand their skills, as well as have a long standing career within a fantastic, close nit team.

Salary £43,200 + Car allowance

Reporting in to the Senior Employee Relations Advisor, this role will be responsible for all case work from lower level time and attendance issues, up to the more complex case work and ensuring all Employee Relations duties are managed responsibility.

This role will be based out of their Wrexham office, with regular travel in and round Wales and the opportunity to work from home.

This role will suit someone who has come from a blue collar, generalist background that would be able to have the confidence and gravitas to coach and mentor senior managers in the long run.
