HR Advisor – 12 Month Fixed Term

Salary: £40,727 – £48,127 per year

Dedicate Recruitment is working in partnership with this established and successful MAT which is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support a broad portfolio of primary schools.

This is a fully remote working opportunity and the Trust is open to flexible working and term time working arrangements.

You’ll be part of a team of HR professionals providing information and advice on employee relations, policies, recruitment, contracts and payroll in relation to teaching and support staff. You’ll be the first port of call for Headteachers and School Business Managers, providing guidance by email, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and over the telephone on HR policies and procedures; draft contracts and letters; advise on disciplinaries, grievances, absence and support recruitment activity. 

Working remotely, you’ll be one of a team of HR professionals providing information and advice on employee relations, policies, recruitment, contracts, and payroll in relation to teaching and support staff to sixty schools.

The successful candidate will be CIPD Qualified Level 5 or equivalent and will understand employment legislation relating to the Burgundy and Green books. You will be well versed on teaching and support staff pay scales and the Terms & Conditions with a proven track record in previous employee relations. Experience of working within a multi-site role is desirable. You will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, able to show initiative and a willingness to learn, is hard working with a great sense of humour!
