We are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Advisor,to ensure all client and candidate enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively in a customer friendly way, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction whilst delivering targets.

Responsibilities will include:

* Ensure daily targets are met
* Maintain a high level of customer service
* To efficiently and effectively process learner enquires electronically and by telephone
* Answer calls and emails in a timely manner
* Follow in house quality procedures, standards and practices
* To proactively give support on cross-team projects to ensure that deadlines are met
* Undertake general administrative tasks when required
* To liaise with customer care team leader to ensure that workload demands are being met
* To assist in maintaining and updating any in-house systems
* To log client and candidate information on vision2learn when required * Demonstrable experience in customer care, preferably in an office style environment
