The successful HR Administrator will have a strong administrative background and organisational skills and will be asked to undertake the following duties: Support the Principal with administrative tasksMaintain up-to-date HR databases and personnel recordsPrepare regular reports on HR metrics for senior managementProduce and issue a range of HR letters and correspondence from standard templates and storing in staff files ensuring compliance is maintained throughoutResponsible for maintaining an up-to-date database of all job descriptions, HR templates and policies for the college The appointed HR Administrator will receive a competitive salary level as well as paid for training and professional development opportunities.
