What you will do:

We are looking for someone to build and develop the CRM framework and strategic tools to enable Relationship Managers and Business Development to maximise the value generated in every customer interaction. You will work with Technology and SFDC to implement and manage a new instance of .

You will understand, interpret and implement defined requirements for the Sales & Relationship Management teams, maintain robust execution of previously defined requirements, making any improvements as required on a constant basis to refine the data & processes.

What you will have:

We are looking for an advanced Salesforce administrator with proven track record of applying data processes to overcome and improve business practices.

You will have knowledge of a wide variety of information gathering tools, including proprietary and online databases. You must have experience working in a business role focussed on developing and maintaining a CRM system and processes.
