Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to join their team and contribute to the smooth running of this new project operation. The role will be divided between customer service and administration, including scheduling, diary management, and some elements of secretarial work including minute taking. Applicants will need good administration skills and be able to hit the ground running with this new project. Candidates must have strong communication skills and be able to assist with customer enquiries, identify their urgency and contact the relevant contractor in order to resolve any issues. Applicants will need a keen eye for detail, strong IT skills, and a friendly and upbeat attitude! This role will begin as a temporary position with the view to going permanent after 12 weeks and paying £18,672 per annum.
