Housing Officer

Randstadcpe are currently advertising for a Community Coordinator / Housing Officer on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Birmingham.

The role requires a customer focused individual to take on the challenging yet rewarding post of Community Coordinator / Housing Officer. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent, comprehensive and proactive housing and estate management service to customers including the development of the older person’s portfolio.

The Community Coordinator / Housing Officer must have:

* Directly related housing experience
* Knowledge of Landlord and tenancy law and practice
* Experience of working in difficult situations with the ability to diffuse potentially confrontational situations
* Knowledge and experience of working in partnership with key stakeholders
* The ability to organise and prioritise own workload and work on own initiative
