Housing Officer

Eden Brown are recruiting for a part time Housing Officer on behalf of a large London based housing provider. We are partnering with our client to source an individual to join their established Housing Management team committed to delivering a front line service to residents as well as shaping the lives of customers for the better. This role is a permanent, part time position suited to an ambitious individual seeking a varied role within a forward thinking organisation.

Principle duties include:

-Taking full responsibility for neighbourhood management for residents on a designated patch of properties
-Meeting with tenants and carrying out sign ups
-Managing the voids and lettings process, working towards minimising void turnaround time
-Carrying our regular estate inspections, building rapport with customers and addressing queries
-Inspecting properties and liaising with contractors regarding repairs
-Handling breaches of tenancy proceedings; attending court where necessary
-Promoting resident involvement
